Jaime’s 10 years of experience across many areas of the warehouse gives him the experience and insight he needs to oversee production in 3 departments: Specialty Packaging, Industrial Crating, and Exhibit Crating. Jaime has been very successful in meeting production demands by ensuring all staff is cross-trained across departments. This allows him to adjust manpower to where the demand is heaviest. The positive work environment that Jaime has created makes everyone’s day easier. For Jaime, solving problems with positive outcomes is the most gratifying part of the job.
Jaime loves to work on cars, play soccer and any other sport played outdoors.
